- The Exhibit Area will be in the Skytop Ballroom on the 18th floor.
- Exhibitors can begin setting up after 6:00pm on May 15, 2007.
- Exhibit spaces will be assigned on “first come, first serve basis”.
- Tables are 6 ft long, 30 inches wide with poster boards/easel behind each table. Tables will be set with table linens and two chairs will be available for each exhibit space. The poster size can be within the range of 2 ft x 3 ft.
- All equipment, displays and exhibits must enter and exit the Hotel Pennsylvania through the freight elevator. Delivery and pick-up time must be coordinated with Hotel Pennsylvania in advance.
- Only tabletop or floor displays are provided and no electricity or internet hook ups are available.
- Exhibitors are not permitted to post, nail, screw, or affix any material to walls, columns or floors of the exhibit space.
- All displays must be removed at the end of the event and the hall must be clear by 6:00pm on May 17, 2007.

Exhibitors are solely responsible to protect all displayed items and equipment from loss, damage and theft for the entire period of the event.
