During this international conference, ASCE President Bill Marcuson joined other civil engineering leaders from around the world to discuss sustainability in the Asian region. In this presentation, he offered his insights on seismic design and the analysis of embankment dams.

ASCE President Bill Marcuson gives his inaugural address.

During the annual business meeting held at ASCE's Annual Conference, Bill spoke about the future of civil engineering and how, in his role as president, he will do all he can to help civil engineers grow.  As president, he feels it is his duty to prepare the civil engineer for the future.
